Terms of Service — Includio LLC

1. About Includio

Includio LLC ("Includio", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Egypt, headquartered in Asyut. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, mobile apps and services (the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Platform you must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Platform is available globally unless otherwise restricted.

3. Account Registration

• Registration requires a valid name, email address and phone number.
• No identity document (ID/passport) is required at registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities on your account.

4. Services

We provide:

• Accessible e-learning courses (free and paid).
• Certificates issued by Includio upon completion.
• Consulting and accessibility audits for organisations.
• Planned services under development: a jobs portal, hackathons/competitions, and mobile applications (Android/iOS).

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, documents and resources are the exclusive intellectual property of Includio LLC. Even when external instructors contribute, rights are assigned to Includio. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record, broadcast, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.

6. Content Use & Restrictions

• Downloading, re-sharing, re-publishing or commercial use of content is strictly prohibited.
• Screen-recording, re-purposing or using any content in promotional materials is forbidden and may result in legal action and financial penalties.

7. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

The Platform offers free and paid content. Payments are processed through our trusted providers. Refund requests are handled according to the payment and refund policy displayed at the time of purchase. In any dispute the maximum compensation shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant subscription or course.

8. Certificates

Certificates are currently issued solely by Includio. Certificates verify course completion and may include security features (QR, Braille watermark). Certificates do not guarantee employment.

9. Acceptable Use & Account Termination

• Users must not share accounts, abuse the platform, upload malicious content, or post offensive materials.
• Includio reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms.
• Includio may suspend or permanently delete any user account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

10. Data Collection & Reporting

We collect basic registration data (name, email, phone). We also collect anonymous statistics about registrations, course enrollments and completion rates that contain no personal or sensitive information. Aggregated anonymous results may be published in impact reports; such reports will never include personal or confidential data.

11. Liability & Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided "as is". Includio makes no guarantees regarding job placement or specific outcomes. We are not liable for temporary outages or data loss outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the related service.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes will be resolved by Egyptian courts after an attempt at amicable resolution.

13. Language & Amendments

These Terms are published in Arabic and English. The Arabic version is the legally binding version. We may modify the Terms and will notify users of changes.
