Every great dream begins with a real experience. This is our journey that gave birth to "Includio".
It all started here...
Before Includio was a company, it was just an idea born within the heart of the community. As workers and volunteers in associations serving the visually impaired, we witnessed enormous ambition and incredible talent waiting for opportunity. But we also saw a frustrating gap: a gap between that ambition and the learning tools available.
Knowledge was scattered between individual tutorials and unorganized attempts lacking professionalism. From here came our decision: we must build the solution ourselves. A solution that does not just provide information, but fosters **professionalism**, plants **empowerment**, and creates **opportunity**.
Our mission is simple and clear: to be the bridge through which every blind and talented person crosses from learning skills to securing a real and sustainable job.
